Parking & Getting Around

Parking along Victoria Road in Clifton is limited, but there are convenient free, 2-hour public car parks nearby, including one at 69 Victoria Road with 29 spaces, and others close to Clifton’s 3rd and 4th Beaches. Please note the property does not include a private parking bay, and parking can be challenging during peak season.

Fortunately, Clifton is within easy walking distance of Camps Bay, making it simple to explore the coastline, enjoy cafés, or stroll between the beaches. Most guests spend their days relaxing on the beach or unwinding at the property, soaking in the relaxed coastal atmosphere.

For days out and about, Uber is the most convenient and cost-effective option—it’s widely used by locals and offers a hassle-free way to explore Cape Town’s attractions without worrying about parking.

WHITE CLIFFS PENTHOUSE

The penthouse is a luxurious Clifton vacation rental, with uninterrupted sea views situated above Clifton 2nd beach, Cape Towns most famous beach and playground to the rich and famous. The penthouse is situated on the mountainside of Victoria Rd and is easily accessed from Victoria Road. One drives straight into the complex through secure gates where there is parking for two cars directly as you drive in.

The apartment has an elevator that takes one up to the front door of the unit. The apartment reveals a spacious open plan living area that is tastefully furnished. There are sea-views from both the main bedrooms and all the living areas.

The kitchen leads straight off the living area and is fully equipped with the latest modern appliances.

All the bedrooms have air-conditioning perfect for a hot summer’s day! Sun worshippers will love the private pool deck that is located on the roof top, which is two flights of steps above the apartment and boasts a 15 metre lap pool and stunning views.

This is the perfect holiday penthouse for two couples or a small family.

BEACH BUNGALOW

Clifton bungalow is situated on Clifton Fourth beach with views of the sea.  The white sandy beach is just 20 steps away.  This stylish and modern four bedroom bungalow is fully fitted with all mod-cons and boasts full sea-views from the lounge, dining room and Main bedroom. The bungalow has a pool on the upper deck where one can enjoy a sun downer or al-fresco meal or simply relax and tan.

BEDROOMS:

Four queen size en-suite bedrooms are located on the first, and second floor. Bedroom one, located on the first floor is separated by frameless frosted glass sliding doors, this leads into the lounge area with uninterrupted views of the sea. Bedrooms located on the second floor either have garden views or frosted glass windows. The third and fourth bedrooms are inter-leading rooms, via a sandblasted glass door, perfect for families that would like to be near their children.

LIVING AREA:

The lounge is large and cool, with sliding doors opening onto the terrace with the pool. The dining room seats 8 and leads out onto the terrace with the pool which has a great view out over the beach. There are 5 TV’s in total across the bungalow; on the second floor each room has it’s own TV, the lounge area has a TV that pops up from the day bed sofa and folds back after use and there is one TV in the seating/bar area.

KITCHEN:

Each floor has it’s own kitchen which contains all the modern appliances, washing machine, dishwasher, micro, hob, oven, and fridge/freezer. The kitchenette on the second floor does not have a dish washer, however is serviced from Mon-Fri.

CLEANING:

House keeping is available and inclusive Monday to Friday and optional over weekends and public holidays. Please arrange with housekeeping.

JACUZZI AND POOL:

On the first floor there is a small pool and patio area with sea views. There is a Jacuzzi on the lower floor in a small seating area.
